We offer over 30 Kickboxing fitness classes

non-contact, and you will learn practical
self-defense moves using Kickboxing as

Our state-of-the-art gym is located in
the center of San Pedro and serves kickboxing

Bay including Torrance, Palos Verdes,
San Pedro, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach,

includes free weights and cardio-equipment,

Kids Power Hour – Kick Boxing and
Fitness Program for Kids in the South
Bay
A program geared for children aged 5-12
years. This program teaches kids the fundamentals
of Kickboxing, along with exposing to
other martial arts training to improve
fitness and promote better health. In
this fitness cclass, kids will learn self-defense,
taught with an attitude of self-restraint.
This fitness program is a great way
for kids to exercise, build strength,
lose weight, and gain body control and
