Our fitness class takes you through a fighter’s
workout. We’ll warm you up with shadowboxing, stretch
you out, and then you’ll put on hand wraps and boxing
gloves to pound and kick our heavy bags to motivating
jamming music. It’s an adrenaline rush. Every time
you hit the bag, you’ll be building leaner muscles
and burning massive amounts of calories (FAT). You’ll
